New Long Shen Fleur De Leis Complete Lug Set Bicycle Frame Building

  

For sale is a new Long Shen investment cast Fleur de Leis lug set to build a frame and fork. You get an upper and lower head lug, seat lug, seat stay caps, left and right rear adjustable dropouts, bottom bracket shell, 4 water bottle fittings, fork crown and front dropouts.

These lugs are designed to fit a 28.6mm top tube, 28.6mm seat tube, a 31.7mm down tube and a 31.7mm head tube. The fork crown takes a 1" OD steerer tube and 27.5 x 20mm "new continental oval fork blades. Front dropouts take a 13mm fork blade tip. The bottom bracket shell takes 22.2mm round-oval-round chainstays.

The rear dropouts have an adjustable angle between the seat and chain stays, take 12.9mm chainstay tips and 10.9mm lower seat stay tips. Seat stay caps take 10.5mm upper seat stay tip. These dimensions are measured and can be opened up a bit with a Dremel. These lugs have angles that will build a conventional road bike.

The bottom bracket shell and fork crown are HH engraved. If you don't want that you can fill it in with braze and sand it down.
